The names represent the suspects thought to be the most dangerous in the state. “These are individuals believed to have committed the worst of the worst crimes,” TBI spokesperson Josh DeVine told News 2. “These are individuals who need to be off the streets.” Suspects in high-profile crimes are regularly added to the Top 10 'Most Wanted' list.
