I'm constantly trying to fix discrepancies between my iPad, iPhone, and mac. Now my iPad version crashes on startup and I can't get it to stay open. Every time I contact the company for support they give me a 'we are aware of this issue' response and give me a temporary solution or work around.

As of today, the iPad version no longer opens and has become a huge waste of money. I've had this app for 6 months now, and not a single update has been released addressing any of the many bugs, discrepancies, or problems I've submitted to them.

They've had plenty of time, in my opinion, to release a temporary bug fix in an update but they haven't even done that nor have they bothered to mention if they're even working on a solution. I've asked them for a refund, and they won't honor it. In the mean time, I've continued to use their app (since I can't get my money back) and it would be nice if I could convert everything I have to another provider. It’s just I want to point out a few glitches that I would like you makers of this game to fix. Soo I should’ve gotten all the skins by now but the skin that you get when you collect 5 skins won’t upload.

It’s a little annoying. This has happened a few times but it's still gotten onto the list: I was killed when I didn’t even touch the color! I don’t MIND this one but just so you know. Sometimes I’m randomly skipping around one ground level waiting for another one to open up, when the ground bellow me collapse as if I had gone through it with a super boost. When ever I try to play when there’s WiFi on, it just lags, it’s very annoying and if that could be fixed, that would be great! It’s a very addictive game and super fun when you try to beat your friends and is great to play when ur in the car (as a passenger of course) or on the bus and have nothing to do. Like I said before, if this problem gets fixed I’ll be great. I also have other problems but I don’t feel like typing it up.

A short summary would be, some skins don’t unlock at all and, there’s an advertisement after every round I play, (when，airlines， I TRY to play with WiFi.
